Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). All orders are processed at our Pascagoula facility within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Policy At a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Process: Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving return
- Exchanges: Gladly offered for different sizes/models (subject to availability)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees non-refundable. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless error is ours
The Detailed Return Process
1 Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Product name and SKU (from order confirmation)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
2 Receive Your RMA Number & Instructions
We’ll review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
3 Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with the RMA number clearly written. Ship to:

4 Our Inspection & Your Resolution
Once received, we inspect within 3-5 business days.
- For Refunds: Upon approval, refund is processed
- For Exchanges: Replacement shipped via standard method
- If requested item is out of stock, we issue a refund or discuss alternatives
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing for the credit to appear depends on your bank or PayPal’s policies. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is issued.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and quality of specialized products, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Custom Cut Blanks: Any rod blank (MHX, Black Hole, CRB) cut or trimmed to custom specifications
- Opened Finishing Supplies: Used epoxy, thread, or colorants from Finishing or Decorative categories
- Fly Tying Kits & Materials: Opened packages of feathers, thread, or hooks from Fly Tying Kits (due to hygiene and inventory control)
- Personalized or Assembled Components: Any item from Grip & Handle Kits, Guide Kits, or Components that has been assembled, glued, or altered from original state
